Coaching & Intentioning Group

HELPING YOU TO SET AND ACHIEVE YOUR MENTAL FITNESS GOALS.

“You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.”

C. S. Lewis

Coaching.

I am here to help you on your journey to improving your mental fitness.

I am not a doctor, medical professional, therapist, or counselor, I can’t give you a diagnosis or help with specific mental illness, but what I can do is help give you support and encouragement, and listen in a non-judgmental way, to help you achieve your goals.

  • 45 minute sessions.
  • Follow-up e-mail with a review of the session and action points.
  • £45 per session.
  • Via Zoom.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed during sessions and e-mails will be kept in the strictest confidence.

I will take notes and store these securely; once the coaching finishes I will hold them for two weeks and then they will be destroyed.

The only time I will break confidentiality will be if I feel there is a risk to you or someone else, however I will keep you informed and included in this process.

Intentioning Group.

This group is exclusive for people who have completed the 12 Pillars of Mental Fitness Programme (coming soon), and want to continue their journey.

You will have an initial meeting with Paul to decide on your goals and start you working on the Goal Setting Workbook. You will then be able to join the monthly group where you can report on your progress and get any encouragement, help, or support. Most importantly it is where you can set your intentions to improve your mental fitness.

  • 1 hour meeting with Paul before you join the group, to set your goal and start breaking it down into steps (Cost – £50).
  • Monthly on line meeting to give updates on your progress (£10 per month).
  • Facebook group for group communications between meetings.
  • A supportive, collaborative, non-judgmental space.
