THIS TALK WILL OPEN THE DOORWAY TO UNDERSTANDING YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AND HOW YOU CAN IMPROVE IT.


The 12 Pillars of Mental Fitness talk explains why it is important to mange your mental health, and why learning some basic science will give you a deeper understanding, helping you to improve your mental fitness.

In this talk I define mental health, show you why understanding some basic neuroscience is important, and I take you briefly through each of the 12 Pillars of Mental Fitness.

By the end of the talk, you will understand that there is much more to managing and improving your mental fitness than you may have thought. You will be able to start highlighting areas in your life that you can start working on to begin your journey to building a good level of mental fitness.
